What You’ll Do
Represent EMPWR’s partner brands door to door in your assigned territory Engage customers in direct conversations about energy, security, or telecom services Close enrollments and meet daily and weekly performance targets Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews Grow into a leadership role as you hit merit-based benchmarks
What We’re Looking For
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Competitive mindset — you want to outwork the room Prior sales experience is a plus but not required Must be 18 or older and able to work full-time
